What Therapy Looks like:
I bring clinical expertise, lived experience, and a whole lot of empathy. We’ll explore how ADHD and trauma have shaped your identity-and work together to make sense of what’s yours and what’s just survival mode.
I use Brainspotting, somatic tools, and parts work, all filtered through a neurodivergent-affirming lens. We’ll move at your pace, laugh when we need to, and create space for your real self to take up space.

All therapy sessions take place virtually within the state of IL.

Virtual therapy sessions are conducted through TherapyNotes, a HIPPA-compliant video platform.
We will meet for 50 minute sessions weekly or biweekly.

I offer a FREE 20-minute initial consultation!
If we decide to move forward and you plan to use insurance to cover the cost of therapy, your out of pocket cost per session is dependent upon the specifics of your coverage. I am happy to provide you with more information on how to navigate this.
If you would like to pay out of pocket for sessions, my rates are as follows:
Intake session fee: $175 per 50-55 minute session
Ongoing session fee: $155 per 50-55 minute session

Conscious Therapy Connections is an in-network provider with BlueCross BlueShield and UnitedHealthcare. I aim to empower clients to have a thorough understanding of their insurance benefits, therefore I would encourage you to contact your insurance to verify benefits and receive an estimated cost per session according to your plan. I am able to provide you with detailed instructions on what information you will need when you call and am happy to support you with navigating any insurance-related questions/concerns!
If you would like to use your benefits with an out-of-network plan, I can provide you with the documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance company. Please note that I am unable to submit claims on your behalf to an out-of-network plan.
